Social movement
The recent social media frenzy between myspace, facebook, twitter and other online people gatherings have swept the web. Myspace may not have been the best way to sharing information but it still seems to be around both in college and older crowds. Facebook has made the largest mark in my opinion and will remain at large for many years. I dont see how another social media site could pop up that has more than facebook. I may be biased since I use facebook frequently but so do millions of others. I believe social networking sites are the new way of communication for business in music, economics, photos, and even between professionals. Sites such as linked in can be found packed with people trying to get their resume out there. Social networking will be around for ages, I just think it will take on many other forms before something new comes along.
